Kathleen started her career with Lincoln Harris in 2009 and currently manages the North Texas property management team and surrounding states for multiple clients.

While primarily focused in Healthcare Real Estate she has worked with numerous Hospital Systems and Healthcare clients across DFW and surrounding markets in both the private and public sectors and helped develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Hospital Administration, Tenants, and Owners. Kathleen has demonstrated the ability to foster those relationships which have developed new business opportunities for Lincoln Harris CSG and our clients.

Kathleen has a history of working in the commercial real estate industry which has shown strengths that include new business transitions, acquisitions and dispositions, cost compression. Her focus on relationships and tenant satisfaction has lead to national recognition by clients over the years for herself and her team members.
