As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Marshall brings over 30 years of real estate experience into creating valuable business solutions for his clients. The scope of his experience includes institutional property management and leasing, tenant/buyer representation, investment sales, value add redevelopment and strategic planning initiatives for municipalities and land owners. Collecting insight from each of his very different clients over the years, Marshall has developed a keen insight into the real estate decision making process. Having served small and large corporate clients from all sides of the transaction he is able to leverage his understanding of all parties involved in a transaction to develop the best possible solution for his clients which include Atrium Health, Bolton & Menk, Brasfield & Gorrie, MSS and Charles Schwab.

Mr. Williamson has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Georgia.
