Mr. Stiene is the National Director of Engineering for Lincoln Harris.  He oversees more than 360 medical and office buildings totaling 15.4 million square feet, and manages 4 regional Directors of Engineering that supervises over 70 building engineers.  He organizes training seminars throughout the country and the calendar year, and provides oversight for all major HVAC replacement/repairs, roof replacements / repairs, and electrical upgrades, and assists the engineers in all contract work.  Mr. Stiene also sets up contingency plans for all critical facilities for backup power and air conditioning.  He has over 25 years of experience and has been with Lincoln since Aug. 2000.

Mr. Stiene completed Air Conditioning I and Advanced Heating II at Suffolk County Community College in Suffolk, NY; Air Conditioning I and II at Heil Quaker in Lavergne, TN; and Heat Pump I and Advanced Heat Pump II at Carolina & Light in Raleigh, NC. He has an EPA approved Universal CFC certification as well as a Backflow License in the city of Raleigh.
