Mr. Faulkenberry began with Lincoln Property Company in 1995 as Director of Security for Bank of America Corporate Center. During the past twenty-four years he has accepted various assignments that have allowed him to develop a broad base for understanding the intricacies of real estate management, acquisition, growth strategies, and client management.

As a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Harris – Corporate Services Group, Richie Faulkenberry currently serves in a leadership position on the national healthcare services platform. In this role, Mr. Faulkenberry supports healthcare clients ranging from a global investment company to medical REITs of varying size, non-for profit hospitals, and regional companies. Mr. Faulkenberry leverages his experience to assist both owners and users of medical real estate. Furthermore, Mr. Faulkenberry has assisted hospital systems in working through varying strategy initiatives focusing on growth and compliance.

Mr. Faulkenberry supports Lincoln Harris CSG business development and transition teams throughout the company. Mr. Faulkenberry brings over twenty-six (26) years of relevant real estate experience to apply to the business needs of his clients.
