Tim is account director of a portfolio consisting of over 1.6 million SF of medical office space. The portfolio is comprised of five campuses and 16 MOBS, associated with a Top Ranked large regional hospital system. With over 14 years of real estate experience, Tim focuses on aligning client ownership strategy, operations management and tenant expectations. His role is to lead the team to drive the strategy of the hospital system as it relates to their on-campus MOBs.  He is responsible for the Management and Supervision of Operations including; Property Management, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, T/I Project Management and Capital Projects. Tim has been with Lincoln since 2011.
