Vickie is Vice President & National Director of Lease Administration / Professional Innovations & Efficiencies for Lincoln Harris CSG. She has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and started in Healthcare Real Estate in 2004 when she joined Lincoln Harris CSG. Her current responsibilities include evaluating and creating inventive methods, ideas and services to maximize process efficiencies, improve quality, create consistency and reduce operational risk; supervision of the Dallas based Lease Administration Team working with 4 clients covering Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Florida and New Mexico; and operational oversight of a small portfolio of joint venture properties. Her expertise also includes property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, due diligence, lease transactions, lease administration, contracts and insurance administration, process development, training, staff development and construction management.

Vickie is frequently involved with special corporate initiatives and is currently working with the local BOMA chapter to bring Healthcare Real Estate resources to the Dallas community. She holds the Texas Real Estate Salesperson License, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is the recipient of the 2017 CPM of the Year for IREM Dallas.
