Vickie serves as Senior Vice President - Client Services for Lincoln Harris CSG. She also serves as the Director of Asset Management and co-manages the Professional Innovations & Efficiencies platform. Her current responsibilities include evaluating and creating inventive methods, ideas and services to maximize process efficiencies, improve quality, create consistency and reduce operational risk, standardize best practices to ensure Lincoln maintains a best-in-class approach on a national level; performance and operational oversight of a portfolio of joint venture properties; and provides due diligence and transition oversight of acquisition and divestment.

Vickie joined Lincoln Harris CSG in 2004 and has also served as a Senior Property Manager and VP of Lease Administration. Her expertise also includes property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, due diligence, lease transactions, lease administration, contracts and insurance administration, process development, training, staff development and construction management.

Vickie is frequently involved with special corporate initiatives and is a Member of IREM and BOMA Dallas where she was a prior Chair of the BOMA MOB Committee providing HCRE resources to the Dallas community.
